WHO BUILDS THE PEDAGOGICAL POLITICAL PROJECT?

This scientific article, titled “Know-how of the Pedagogical Coordinator: Who Builds the Pedagogical Political Project?”, addresses the guiding question: “What are the knowledges and practices of the pedagogical coordinator in the construction of the pedagogical political project (PPP)?” Its general objective is to understand how the knowledges and practices of the pedagogical coordinator are constituted in the construction of the PPP. The specific objectives are: to understand the concepts of education, school, knowledge, practices, pedagogical coordinator, and PPP; to identify the knowledges and practices of the pedagogical coordinator in the construction of the PPP; and to analyze how such knowledges and practices are formed in this process. A qualitative, descriptive, and exploratory field research was conducted, using semi-structured interviews as the methodological instrument, applied in a public institution in the municipality of Pojuca-BA. Beyond academic contribution, this study aims to emphasize the importance of the pedagogical coordinator’s role in the construction of the pedagogical political project in educational institutions. We conclude that the articulation of knowledges, practices, and educational data strengthens the construction of the PPP, highlighting the importance of this document as a strategic and transformative guide to the school reality.
