Resumen

El principal objetivo de este artículo es realizar una revisión sistemática en la cadena productiva del agronegocio del sector del arroz, centrándose en aspectos relacionados con el proceso de toma de decisiones, entornos de innovación, competitividad y metodologías para medir el rendimiento y la diferenciación. El artículo destaca la importancia del agronegocio y la necesidad de un enfoque sistémico para abordar los desafíos encontrados dentro de la cadena de producción. Se subraya que la búsqueda de la competitividad puede llevar a la reducción de los costos de producción, la adición de valor y la obtención de ventajas competitivas a través de estrategias de diferenciación. En el contexto del sector del arroz, se destaca la importancia del arroz como uno de los cereales más cultivados a nivel mundial, con impactos significativos sociales, económicos y ambientales. Sin embargo, las fluctuaciones en los precios globales del arroz pueden resultar en efectos indeseados. Por lo tanto, se requieren nuevas estrategias para agregar valor a los productos y expandir el consumo más allá de los mercados convencionales. Ante este contexto, el artículo contribuye a la literatura al identificar los procesos de toma de decisiones aplicados en estas agroindustrias, así como abordar aspectos relacionados con los entornos de innovación, la competitividad y las metodologías para medir el rendimiento y la diferenciación.
