CARACTERÍSTICAS CRÍTICAS DE LIDERAZGO PARA EL ÉXITO DE LA TRANSFORMACIÓN ÁGIL A GRAN ESCALA EN INSTITUCIONES FINANCIERAS

Este estudio analiza las características de liderazgo que influyen de manera efectiva en la transformación ágil a gran escala en una institución financiera pública, destacando la necesidad de adaptar los estilos de liderazgo frente a los desafíos ágiles. El artículo aborda la influencia de las prácticas de liderazgo en la transformación ágil en el sector financiero, ofreciendo nuevos aportes sobre la adaptación de estilos de liderazgo que facilitan la cultura ágil. Contribuye a la comprensión práctica de cómo los liderazgos pueden promover la innovación y la eficiencia en contextos de cambio. Utilizando un enfoque cuantitativo con 211 liderazgos, el estudio empleó una encuesta (survey) y el Análisis Factorial Exploratorio (AFE) para redefinir e identificar características de liderazgo críticas para la transformación ágil. Los resultados indican que las características de liderazgo adaptativo y empoderador son vitales durante las transformaciones ágiles, con líderes que promueven la autonomía, el aprendizaje continuo y la adaptación rápida. Este trabajo enriquece la teoría del liderazgo en contextos ágiles y evidencia la utilidad del AFE para ajustar características de liderazgo en investigaciones aplicadas. Las implicaciones prácticas ayudan a las organizaciones a modelar sus estrategias de desarrollo de liderazgo, apoyando la agilidad organizacional y los cambios sostenibles, esenciales para líderes que buscan eficacia en entornos dinámicos.
