Workplace gymnastics, a program of relaxation and warm-up exercises for work, prepares muscles, tendons, and ligaments for the workday, minimizing the physical impacts caused by injuries in the individual's daily life. Thus, this study aims to describe the interventions and benefits of a preparatory workplace gymnastics program to reduce fatigue among Special Education teachers of Elementary School I in the Municipality of Itapemirim-ES. The methodology includes a qualitative approach, and the research is a case study based on an experience conducted with teachers from the largest school in the municipality who participated in a program of developed exercises, as well as responding to semi-structured questionnaires to gather the necessary data for the study. As a result, based on the data obtained over a four-week period of the preparatory workplace gymnastics program, it was found that the quality of life of the participants improved with a significant reduction in pain symptoms in the shoulder, lower back, and arm regions, as well as limitations caused by emotional aspects.
