The aim of this article was to analyze the scientific production related to traffic accidents involving cyclists. A bibliometric study was conducted using the Medical Literature Analysis and Retrieval System Online, Latin American and Caribbean Health Sciences Literature, Scientific Electronic Library Online, and Science Direct, with a time frame set between 2015 and 2022. Among the results found, it is possible to highlight the increase in studies on bicycles and traffic accidents over the years. The United States of America appeared as the top-researching country, followed by Sweden, China, and Spain. Among the seven identified themes, there was a focus on studies involving sociocultural aspects. It was concluded that scientific productions on this topic are significant, which reinforces researchers' interest and their importance for public health.
