ANÁLISIS IN SILICO DEL POTENCIAL TERAPÉUTICO DEL ESPILANTOL EN EL MANEJO DEL DOLOR Y LA INFLAMACIÓN EN LA DERMATITIS PERIESTOMAL:

Resumen

Este estudio investigó, mediante simulaciones computacionales (in silico), el potencial terapéutico del espilantol, un compuesto extraído de la planta jambu (Spilanthes acmella), para el tratamiento del dolor y la inflamación en la dermatitis periestomal. Utilizando farmacología de redes, se identificaron 29 dianas moleculares comunes entre el espilantol y la enfermedad, con énfasis en las proteínas NFKB1, PIK3CG, PIK3CA y CCR2, cruciales en los procesos inflamatorios. El análisis del perfil farmacocinético (ADMET) indicó que el espilantol presenta características favorables como fármaco, a pesar de los posibles riesgos de sensibilización cutánea. La docaje molecular confirmó la alta afinidad de unión del espilantol con las dianas clave PIK3CG y CCR2, validando su mecanismo de acción. Los resultados posicionan al espilantol como un prometedor agente multitarget para el desarrollo de nuevas terapias para la dermatitis periestomal, que requiere validación experimental.
