Abstract

Objective: To identify and synthesize the current state of scientific production related to interventions for Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder (OCPD).
Method: Integrative literature review in the databases EBSCO, LILACS, PubMed/MedLine, SciELO, and ScienceDirect.
Results: Fourteen studies comprised the final sample. The use of Schema Therapy and Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, as well as transdiagnostic psychological strategies, was highlighted. In the pharmacological field, evidence supports the use of citalopram and fluvoxamine.
Conclusion: Interventions aimed at OCPD remain a relatively unexplored and emerging area, with a lack of empirical studies and robust quality evidence.
