Resumen

Objetivo: Identificar y sintetizar el estado actual de la producción científica relacionada con las intervenciones en el Trastorno de Personalidad Obsesivo-Compulsiva (TPOC).
Método: Revisión integrativa de la literatura en las bases de datos EBSCO, LILACS, PubMed/MedLine, SciELO y ScienceDirect.
Resultados: Catorce estudios conformaron la muestra final. Se destaca el uso, especialmente, de la Terapia de Esquemas y de la Terapia Cognitivo-Conductual, así como estrategias psicológicas transdiagnósticas. En el ámbito farmacológico, se encuentran evidencias para el uso de citalopram y fluvoxamina.
Conclusión: Las intervenciones dirigidas al TPOC constituyen un área aún poco explorada y emergente, con carencia de estudios empíricos y de evidencia de calidad robusta.
